Dear MISA Member,

Caring for our members

At MISA, our first priority is always the wellbeing of our members and that is why all our efforts are directed at looking after the interests of our members in a holistic manner.

To his end, we dedicate a comprehensive article on mental health to coincide with mental health awareness month and the impact on young workers, in particular.

MISA continues to play its part in supporting young workers within the motor industry through a variety of initiatives. We highlight some in this issue.

Employees are the most vulnerable to incidents in the workplace and are often at a loss after having suffered a workplace injury. There are a number of policies and procedures to follow after suffering a workplace injury and we offer some guidelines in this regard.

As, always, MISA is there to help and you know where to find us!

Martlé Keyter
CEO: Operations, MISA
