MIBCO Main Collective Agreement effective 29 March 2021

Finally after almost nineteen months of deliberation, agreement, non-agreement and red tape the Main Collective Agreement was sent to-and signed by the Minister of Employment and Labour, Mr. TW Nxesi.

The MIBCO Main Collective Agreement, published on 18 March 2021, will become effective and enforceable from second Monday after publication that is 29 March 2021.

Actual and Guaranteed Wage Increase are, subject to the provisions of the Agreement, therefore effective from 29 March 2021.
