It is particularly ironic that, during Human Rights Month in South Africa, we have a tragic war playing out in Europe that is impacting on the human rights of so many…

We pray that sanity will prevail and that the people of Ukraine can be spared any further pain of war – and that innocent civilians will regain basic human rights, such as freedom and peace.

In this edition, we look at an interesting case that our legal department dealt with recently, where an employee, who did not disclose the full truth to a customer – and paid the price for it – pointed the finger at his employers.
